9. Reservation Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Palma Ristorante, we understand that plans can change. For standard reservations, we kindly ask that any cancellations or modifications be made at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer your table to other guests and adjust staffing accordingly.
For private events, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the deposit, in line with standard industry practices to accommodate preparation and staffing needs.
